The format of the NLC2020 will be changed to a fully online conference

We have decided to cancel the physical conference and move to a fully online conference on the same dates. Those who have already registered to the conference will have your participation fees fully refunded automatically and will have to re-register for the online conference.

Dear Colleagues,

Everyone was looking forward to meeting up in person at the conference in Kolding May 18-20. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 situation continues to change conditions rapidly. We have decided to cancel the physical conference and move to a fully online conference on the same dates. We have just made the decision to switch to an online format and are now looking into options for how to handle this in the best possible manner.

Those who have already registered to the conference will have your participation fees fully refunded automatically and will have to re-register for the online conference. The registrations will be online shortly. We are looking into the prices involved for hosting the conference online and plan to offer registration at a very reduced rate (even free if possible).

Over the upcoming weeks, we will be communicating with speakers, presenters, conveners, hosts and participants about how to adapt to the new format. The dates for the event remain the same to allow the most participation, so we ask you to keep these dates reserved please!

We have chosen to cancel the doctoral school preceeding the conference entirely. All papers submitted and accepted for the NLC2020 conference will still be published in the conference proceedings – also if the authors cannot participate in the online conference.
