Key dates for Symposia and Full/Short papers

  • Last date for submission of full/short papers and symposia for review: 4th October, 2019.
  • Papers reviewed by international researchers: 23rd October, 2019 to 26th November 2019.
  • Authors receive feedback on submissions and review panel decision: 20th December, 2019.
  • Final date for submission of accepted papers: 31st January, 2020.

  • Last date for submission of Workshops and Round Table Discussions for review: 15th November, 2019.
  • Proposals reviewed by Scientific Committee: 20th November – 10th December 2019
  • Authors receive feedback on submissions and review panel decision: 20th December, 2019.
  • Final date for submission of accepted Workshops and Round Table Discussions: 31st January, 2020.

How to submit a Full Paper proposal

Conference paper proposals must be submitted using the Full Paper Template (which will be made available below) and via the Online Submission System (Online Submission will open on October 1, 2019). Full papers should be around 8 pages (and an absolute max of 10 pages including references). Details of the length of papers are included in the template.

Note: All submissions will be reviewed anonymously so please do not include any author details - this includes the actual file name.

How to submit a Short Paper proposal

Short paper proposals must be submitted using the Short Paper Template (which will be made available below) and via the Online Submission System. Details of the length of papers are included in the template.
Note: All submissions will be reviewed anonymously so please do not include any author details - this includes the actual file name. Furthermore: Short papers must be presented as Pecha Kucha.

How to submit a symposium proposal

Please remember that if you are submitting a Symposium Proposal the Symposium Organiser must submit:

  • A title and outline of the Symposium and its rationale (1-2 pages). Please use the Symposium Template, which will be available below
  • Each of the full symposium papers (app. 3-4 papers) using the Full Paper template, which will be available below. If you choose to include a Short Paper as part of the symposium use the Short Paper Template (at least 3 papers must be full papers though).
  • Please submit the above as separate Word documents.

    EasyChair quick guide

    Login to the conference submission page:  

    a) Existing users of EasyChair may login to EasyChair using their existing “user name” and
        “password” (e.g., if you have previously submitted an abstract for another conference using
        EasyChair). 
    b) New users must sign up for an EasyChair account on the EasyChair website. 
     
    When logged into EasyChair click on the ”New Submission” button in the top left corner.
     
    Please fill in the mandatory information under ”Authors” for all authors of the paper/panel (please have the following information ready before you start the submission: name, email address, institutional affiliation of all authors).
     
    Insert the title of your submission and its abstract.

    Add ”Keywords” (minimum three keywords on separate lines Special guidelines for thematic panel proposals and abstracts, respectively).

    Tick off the topics that best fit your submission.
     
    Choose whether your submission is a short paper, a long paper or a symposium and upload your submission in a Word format.

    Please note that if you upload a submission for a symposium that you should upload everything (both outline/introduction to the symposium and individual papers together in one zip-file.

    Click on the ”Submit” button
    (you can revise the abstract and author information etc. until the submission deadline).


    IMPORTANT NOTICE:

    Please note that acceptance notifications will be sent via EasyChair. Unfortunately, emails from EasyChair are often caught in spam filters so please make sure that you check your spam filter and change your email settings so that EasyChair emails are never blocked.
