Key Dates & Proposal Submissions

Please note: We require full papers for review and not just abstracts.

Key dates for Symposia and Full/Short papers

  • Last date for submission of full/short papers and symposia for review: 4th October, 2019.
  • Papers reviewed by international researchers: 23rd October, 2019 to 26th November 2019.
  • Authors receive feedback on submissions and review panel decision: 20th December, 2019.
  • Final date for submission of accepted papers: 31st January, 2020.

  • Last date for submission of Workshops and Round Table Discussions for review: 15th November, 2019.
  • Proposals reviewed by Scientific Committee: 20th November – 10th December 2019
  • Authors receive feedback on submissions and review panel decision: 20th December, 2019.
  • Final date for submission of accepted Workshops and Round Table Discussions: 31st January, 2020.

How to submit a Full Paper proposal

Conference paper proposals must be submitted using the Full Paper Template (which will be made available below) and via the Online Submission System (Online Submission will open 2nd September, 2019). Full papers should be around 8 pages (and an absolute max of 10 pages including references). Details of the length of papers are included in the template.

Note: All submissions will be reviewed anonymously so please do not include any author details - this includes the actual file name.

How to submit a Short Paper proposal

Short paper proposals must be submitted using the Short Paper Template (which will be made available below) and via the Online Submission System. Details of the length of papers are included in the template.
Note: All submissions will be reviewed anonymously so please do not include any author details - this includes the actual file name. Furthermore: Short papers must be presented as Pecha Kucha.

How to submit a symposium proposal

Please remember that if you are submitting a Symposium Proposal the Symposium Organiser must submit:

  • A title and outline of the Symposium and its rationale (1-2 pages). Please use the Symposium Template, which will be available below
  • Each of the full symposium papers (app. 3-4 papers) using the Full Paper template, which will be available below. If you choose to include a Short Paper as part of the symposium use the Short Paper Template (at least 3 papers must be full papers though).
  • Please submit the above as separate Word documents.

Round Table Discussion proposals must be submitted using the Round Table Discussion Template (which will be made available below). Round Table Discussion proposals should be around 2-4 pages and further details of contents and length are included in the template.

Submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and therefore do not need to be anonymised.
