The venue

NLC2026 will take place at the joint university campus of VUB and ULB in Brussels/Ixelles from 6 to 8 May 2026.

The registration fee includes:

Conference admission (personal badge)
Conference materials
Coffee breaks and lunches
Welcome reception

Participation in the official conference dinner and the AI for Education Awards Ceremony is not included in the registration fee but is available as an optional extra at €65.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, this can be done by sending an email to NLC2026@d-teach.com
Cancellations made no later than 28 February 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made no later than 31 March 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 31 March 2026 will be non-refundable.

By bus
Brussels City Shuttle runs twice an hour from the front of the airport building. Tickets for €14,20.

By train
Take a TEC A bus to Charleroi-Sud station, where trains to Brussels run twice an hour. Tickets for €15,90 for both TEC bus and train.

From Brussels South Charleroi Airport to the City of Brussels tickets from 100€.

Finding the venues

The two main buildings where activities will take place are the brand new Learning an Innovation Center (LIC) and the Forum.

The easiest access point to the campus is the address Pleinlaan 13 (Dutch) or Boulevard de la Plaine 13 (French), 1050 Brussels (Ixelles). From there the campus road leads directly to the LIC.
