The venue
NLC2026 will take place at the FARI Research Institute from 6 to 8 May 2026.

Conference fees
The registration fee includes:
- Conference admission (personal badge)
- Conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Welcome reception
Participation in the official conference dinner and the AI for Education Awards Ceremony is not included in the registration fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, this can be done by sending an email to NLC2026@d-teach.com
Cancellations made no later than 28 February 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made no later than 31 March 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made after 31 March 2026 will be non-refundable.
